Shipping

Your order will be shipped once:

  • Payment has been approved
  • The delivery/billing address has been verified

Please note that delivery to Post Office Boxes is not available.
If by any reason the payment is not approved within 5 working days, we can’t guarantee de availability of the product. In that event we shall contact you by email.

 

Delivery times
Normally, delivery takes about 10 working days.

 

Shipping costs
For regular postage within Europe postage & packing is free. For orders outside Europe an additional charge of 35 Euro for regular postage will be added to your order.

 

Sales Taxes
All the prices on our web shop are in Euro and include Dutch VAT. Deliveries of all orders within the EU are made in accordance with current EU regulations including Dutch VAT. If your order is being delivered outside the European Union (EU) please note that you may be liable to pay import duties when you receive your package.

 

Damage in transit
Please report any visible damage directly to the carrier. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

 

Exchanges and returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order, so all of our products can be exchange and return within 10 working days after delivery. If you want to return or exchange any items all we request is that you first inform us of your reasons for returning or exchanging by writing to us: office@danielapais.com After you can send the items back to the return address below. All products must be returned in the original condition and packaging, neither worn nor washed, and include the original labels and invoice.

 

  • Returns and exchanges are sent at your expense.
  • Refunds will be paid after we receive and verify your parcel.
  • All goods must be returned within 10 working days after delivery.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product, please let us know by email at office@danielapais.com. We will follow up immediately and rectify any complaint. Naturally, we will refund the cost of postage & packing in the event of a reasonable complaint or delivery error. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community.
